Jason Eldreth our current Broker In-Charge and Co-Owner is a Watauga County native, licensed in NC and TN. Jason was recently named as a recipient of the High Country Top 50 award for being one of the top 50 Brokers in sales production in the High Country during 2019. Jason has served on the High Country Association of REALTORS board as the 2007 MLS Chairman and served the following 4 years as a Local Director. His local knowledge of the area, residents, and properties, of northwestern NC and eastern TN give him a tremendous advantage for both his Buyers and Sellers. Jason has over 20 years of Real Estate experience and a lifetime of local experience in the area. During his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and his hobbies include an occasional game of golf, fishing, gardening or just enjoying the beautiful high country area that we are fortunate enough to call home. Jason is passionate about volunteering and giving back to the communities he serves. Jason is very appreciative for the opportunity to raise his family and realize his dreams in such a beautiful area!
